We are alive because life force is flowing through us.
Did you know that within the physical body that life flows through pathways called energy centres or meridians. It may also flow around us in a field of energy called the aura.
This life force nourishes the organs and cells of the physical body supporting its vital functions. When the life force is interrupted, it may cause diminished function in one or more of the organs of our body. Our energy centers or chakras are like doors which allow life force to flow freely around our bodies, feeding us with energy and light.
These doors are directly effected by our thoughts and feelings. Our energy centres can close when we accept consciously or unconsciously negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves.
Closed or disrupted energy centres or chakras cause a disruption in the flow of incoming new and healthy life force, diminishing the vital function of the organs and cells of the body. They may also diminish intuitive sight and spiritual development.
Keeping our life force flowing in a healthy and natural way helps us stay physically and spiritually well. Having a healthy flow means our energy centers or chakras must be balanced. Opening all energy centres or chakras to the same level of function enables our spiritual abilities to be expressed.
The function of the energy centres or chakras is to spin and draw energy to keep the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health of the body in balance. Because our bodies are a reflection of our spiritual existence or experience, the energy centres or chakras indicate our state of wellbeing in the entire spectrum of our spiritual and physical anatomy. The locations of those centers directly represent our soul/body connection. The location and state of each spinning energy center or chakra can show us the state of our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Therefore what we do to each of those centres can influence our wellbeing in a particular area. Energy centres or chakras are used in healing every level of human consciousness even to the most highest and spiritual of experiences.
Through breathing and meditative exercises, we can directly and effectively move ourselves out from a blocked or shut down state of spiritual, mental, emotional or physical state of consciousness, to a healthy and flowing state of inner peace and tranquility.
By doing so, we open ourselves up and allow clean, new energy and life force into every part of our whole being. Afterwards, we feel calm and peaceful and empowered, because then we can see everything from our souls' perspective, which is not cluttered by all our stuff. This is an amazing way to see our lives with as much truth as possible.
